Effective Date: January 17, 2026. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Quartz platform operated by Quartz ("us", "we", or "our").
- ·You must be 18 or older to use Quartz.
- ·Don't share your account, abuse the AI, or try to reverse-engineer the service.
- ·Elite Pass is a one-time payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- ·Quartz is informational — it doesn't replace a doctor or coach.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Quartz. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact support@quartz.fit immediately.
Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Elite Tier"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation policies are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by those terms.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quartz and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Quartz.
The custom plans, guides, and recommendations generated for you remain personal to your account. You may follow them for your own use, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute them.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service or general business of Quartz.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Using the AI to generate harmful or malicious content.
- Reverse engineering any copyrighted material or source code.
- Scraping data or using automated bots to access the Service.
- Using the Service for any purpose that could damage the reputation of Quartz.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUARTZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quartz from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
Entire Agreement: The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Quartz regarding our Service.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be highlighted in-app where possible.
