At Quartz, we value transparency and want you to be fully informed about our billing practices regarding the Elite Routine Pass. This policy outlines exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

The short version
  • ·Every Elite Pass sale is final. We do not issue refunds.
  • ·The Elite Pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews.
  • ·Try the free 3-day preview first — that's how you decide if Quartz is right for you.
Strict No-Refund Policy

Because you immediately receive access to our proprietary AI models, masterclass guides, and custom-generated protocols the moment you purchase the Elite Pass, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any purchased passes under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Renewals

The Elite Pass is currently sold as a one-time active pass, not an auto-renewing subscription. Once your pass duration expires, you will simply revert to the Basic tier. There is nothing to cancel unless you actively choose to purchase another pass.

If we introduce auto-renewing subscriptions in the future, you may cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your Profile > Billing settings. You will retain Elite access until the end of your billing cycle.

Why this policy exists

Generating your custom 30-day plan is an expensive operation — it involves running large AI models on your full profile, building your daily tasks, and unlocking the entire guide library to your account. All of that happens within seconds of payment. Because that work is irreversible and tied to you, we can't un-deliver the service or recycle it for someone else.

Keeping a strict no-refund policy is also how we keep Quartz affordable — it lets us avoid the high chargeback and processing overhead that subscriptions normally carry, so we can sell a full season for the price of one month at most competitors.

How to avoid any surprises
  • 1.Try the free 3-day preview first. No card required. It's the safest way to see if Quartz fits your routine before paying.
  • 2.Read the FAQ on the home page. Most questions about features, expectations, and what's included are answered there.
  • 3.Ask before you buy. If you're not sure Quartz is right for you, email us at support@quartz.fit first — we'd rather chat than collect a non-refundable payment.
Billing errors & duplicates

If your card was charged twice for the same pass, or you were charged after the payment failed on your end, please contact support@quartz.fit with the transaction reference. Genuine duplicate charges and processing errors will be reviewed and resolved.
